How do I become a member?
There are two ways to register:
- Scan QR code at hotel front desk to follow our WeChat Official Account, then register via the mini-program
- Front desk registration — ask our staff during check-in and we’ll help you complete enrollment
Online self-service enrollment is planned for a future phase.
How do I check my points balance?
Check your points through the WeChat mini-program: navigate to Member Centre → Points Query. You can also ask our front desk staff to check your balance using your registered phone number.
When do my points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Unused points automatically expire after this period.
Important announcement: Starting May 1, 2026, the system will clear all points earned before May 2025. Please redeem your remaining points before this date.
Can I redeem points for a free room?
Yes! With 20,000 points, you can redeem for 1 night in a Galaxy King or Twin Room.
Note: Free room redemption is NOT valid during statutory holidays including May Day, National Day, and Spring Festival. Booking at least 1 day in advance is required, subject to room availability.
Do you offer wheelchair or medication refrigeration?
Yes! These services are available to all VIP Members free of charge:
- Free wheelchair use — available at front desk
- Free medication refrigeration — contact front desk to arrange
These amenities are especially convenient for families accompanying patients at nearby Yunda Hospital.
What is the difference between Star Card and Gold Card?
Gold Card includes all Star Card benefits, plus:
- Higher discount: 12% off (vs 8% for Star Card)
- Later checkout: 14:00 (vs 13:00 for Star/VIP)
- Card fee: ¥99 (vs ¥30 for Star Card)
Example: A ¥249 walk-in room costs ¥229 with Star Card (8% off) and ¥219 with Gold Card (12% off).

Yes! Your membership benefits are valid across all three Spring City Star Hotels. You can also find each property on Ctrip, Trip.com and Booking.com under the following names:
- Spring City Star Boutique Hotel — 150 rooms, near Cuihu Park. Listed as 昆明春城之星酒店(老街云大医院店) or Spring City Star Hotel (Kunming Cuihu Yunda hospital store).
- Spring City Star Hotel Latte Mansion — 65 rooms, near Yunda Hospital. Listed as 春城之星酒店(昆明云大医院拿铁店) or Chuncheng Star Hotel (Kunming Yunda Hospital Latte).
- L’Hôtel — extended-stay smart rooms, near metro. Listed as 乐榻酒店（昆明云大医院市体育馆地铁站店） or Lauta Hotel (Kunming Yunda Hospital Poly Center).
