Spring City Star Hotels (Kunming Spring City Cozy Hotel Co., Ltd.) was founded with a simple belief: the joy of travel lies in the details. From our flagship Boutique Hotel at the entrance of Daguan Food Street, to the medical-traveller-friendly Latte Mansion steps from Yunda Hospital, to the design-forward L’Hôtel high above the city centre, we offer three distinct ways to experience Kunming.

What is Spring City Star Hotel Group?
Spring City Star Hotel Group (Kunming Spring City Cozy Hotel Co., Ltd.) is a boutique hotel management company based in Kunming, Yunnan. We operate three distinct properties in downtown Kunming: Spring City Star Boutique Hotel, Latte Mansion, and L’Hôtel.
When was the company founded?
Our portfolio spans multiple eras of Kunming hospitality. Latte Mansion first opened its doors in 2007 and was fully renovated in 2024. Our flagship Boutique Hotel launched in 2018 and underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2025. L’Hôtel, our newest concept, opened in 2025.
What is your brand philosophy?
Our philosophy is “Simple but not simplistic, comfortable but not costly.” We believe the joy of travel lies in the details — from AI butler service and Xilinmen premium bedding to complimentary dining and thoughtful amenities.

We manage three unique properties:
1. Spring City Star Boutique Hotel — 150 smart rooms at the entrance of Daguan Food Street, featuring a gym, BanYin Lounge, rooftop garden, and complimentary breakfast & dinner.
2. Latte Mansion — 65 cosy rooms inside Daguan Food Street, just 100 metres from Yunda Hospital. Ideal for medical travellers and food lovers.
3. L’Hôtel — Design-forward rooms on the 17th floor of Poly Liuhe Tiancheng, offering 4K cinema projection, smart toilets, and free parking for young travellers and extended stays.
Where are your hotels located?
All three properties are in downtown Kunming. The Boutique Hotel and Latte Mansion are in Wuhua District near Cuihu Park and Zhuanxin Market. L’Hôtel is in Xishan District near the City Stadium metro station. Every property offers walkable access to dining, shopping, and public transit.
